Bring It! at the Carlsbad ½ Marathon

In honor of our friend Dom, we have a group running in the Carlsbad ½ Marathon and invite you to join Team Bring It! The race is scheduled for January 25, 2009 and there are already over 40 people registered, including Don, Amy and Scoob. The race is fast, flat and scenic, plus the weekend should be fun.

Space is filling up fast and the race sells out every year so don’t wait too long. Even if you choose not to race, we would love to have you come out and support the participants.

As part of Team Bring It!, we created a tank top design (shown). The tanks are grey, available in unisex sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL) and are $16 each with proceeds going to the Ambriz Family. Special thanks for the Mattel Design Team for coming up with the Team design. To order your tank, please let me know quantities and sizes by November 14th so we have tanks in time for the race. Bring It Girls are 26.2 miles Stronger

My sister, Hope Youngblood, with friends Toni Dougherty & Toni Bouck competed this past weekend in the Nike Woman's Marathon in San Francisco. They were trained by TNT, raised thousands of dollars for cancer research & kicked some major ass. Of course they had the Bring It motto all over them helping them finish their feat. We are all very proud of you ladies.

The online portion of Funny Bones Auction in support of Bring It Foundation is now open. The online auction will run from October 20, 2008 to October 31, 2008. The live auction is scheduled on October 25, 2008 in Santa Monica, CA. Proceeds go to Bring It Foundation which supports the Ambriz Family, Cedar Sinani Medical Center and Brain Cancer Research.
